How do I calculate my exact age in years, months, and days?
To calculate your exact age, subtract your birth date from today's date. First, count the full years from your last birthday. Then count complete months since that birthday. Finally, count remaining days. For example, if born March 15, 1990, and today is January 10, 2025: you're 34 full years old (since March 15, 2024), plus 9 months (March to December), plus 26 days (December 15 to January 10). Total: 34 years, 9 months, 26 days.
How many days have I been alive?
To find total days lived, multiply your age in years by 365.25 (accounting for leap years), then add days for remaining months and days. A simpler method: count days between your birth date and today. For someone born January 1, 2000, as of January 1, 2025: that's exactly 25 years = 9,131 days (including 6 leap years).
